Tour Guides

 

To become a Tour Guide,  go to the Ski Village and click the Tours stool. Then click ‘Become a Tour Guide’. The test is quite hard, so do some research bout Club Penguin games, rooms and history. If you pass, you will get a Tour Guide Hat. When you are wearing only the hat and wave, you will hold up a sign saying ‘Tours Here’. You must be 45 days old.

To give a tour, go to the Ski Village and hold up the sign. Wait for penguins to gather around you. Then, go to the easy chat menu (the speech bubble icon on the blue bar) and put the mouse over the ‘Activities’ button. Click ‘Give A Tour’. Your penguin will automatically say a description of the room. You do not have to type it. You must wear the Tour Guide Hat to give a tour.

Tips on Giving A Good Tour:

1. Creating a good route is very important. Visit the most popular areas that lead into multiple rooms. Include the Town, the Beach and the Plaza.

2. It’s a good idea not to use your map while you’re going on a tour. If you waddle from place to place, it will make it easier for your tour group to keep up.

3. Be friendly, a big part of your job is making newcomers feel welcome.
